Shipping + Returns Information



DOMESTIC US ORDERS
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, First Class Mail. All shipments provide customers with a tracking number. Overnight orders will ship the same day if placed before 4pm EST. Orders placed after 4pm EST will ship the following business day at 8am EST. Friday orders will ship out on the following Monday unless a weekend request is made, in which was an extra rush fee may be charged. ($5)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Items are shipped from the US via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail (10-14 business days), but Priority Mail (5-7 business days) options are available. Tracking numbers are included with all shipments. Overseas customers, fret not! You can also take advantage of our free-shipping deal when you order $55 or more!


 How can I track my order?

An email will be sent to you confirming your order, followed by a second confirming shipment and with tracking information.


Orders normally ship within 48 hours, if we cannot ship within 48 hours we will contact you with the new shipment date via email.


 What is your return policy?

Returns of undamaged, unused merchandise are accepted within 14 days from original post-marked date. The Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for original artworks such as paintings, drawings or original works on paper.

If an item is found to be damaged, the Customer is subject to a %15 restocking fee.

RoboPicto will cover any return shipping costs for defective items.


Privacy Policy 

Protecting your privacy is extremely important to us. While we collect your email, shipping and credit card information in order for you to make a purchase at our site, we will never sell, rent or disclose this information to any third party. Your credit card information is secure at all times and we never keep your credit card information on file. We may notify you by email about special offers, events and products we think you would be interested in. If you do not wish to receive correspondence from us, please select the “unsubscribe” link found that the bottom of all email newsletters.
